Actual downloads 👍

It's going to be some time before I revisit this project, so the newly available downloads have no extra content beyond what's in the browser version, but I figured as I was adding additional downloads to my other GB Studio projects, I'd make this Version 0 available too.

To recap, there are no enemies, no sounds or music, and a very jank attempt at keeping the camera from scrolling left, but on the plus, Rick looks pretty good 👍
